House rules

Hello, thank you so much for inquiring about our house. Here you'll find everything you need for a great vacation, a business trip, or a get-together with friends.

* Please read the most important house rules:

* One week before check-in, it is essential to send photographs of the identity documents of all members of the group and complete the traveler registration form (mandatory for all accommodations).

* Groups of people under 28 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties or noisy events.

* The house has 24-hour security service provided by a company with cameras in common indoor areas, which will be turned off during stays.

* The pool will be covered from November 15th to March 1st (See options)

*Check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be exceeded without prior authorization.
